Sustainable for what? Do you have the dishwasher? For children? Heavy friendly? Furnace / hot environment?
This is not the ceramic dishes - which is equipped with a ceramic glaze pottery.
The two models are very nice and said to be, durable - and can be cooked, and I am sure they are dishwasher safe.
